"Before you begin to practice meditation, you must first find a place where you feel calm and peaceful. This will be your meditation garden. Although it is called a "garden", this place does not need to be outside. In fact, it could be in your bedroom, on the living room couch, in the bathtub, or just about anywhere else you could think of! Once you have chosen your special meditation space, it is important to keep it clean and tidy. After all, this is the place that you will go to whenever you want to be with your heart in meditation.
Use the stickers and your favorite art materials to design your own meditation garden on the other side of this card. When you are finished, find a place in your own home that will be your real-life meditation garden. Hang this picture there to remind you that this is your place of peace."
