WHAT'S INCLUDED:

One set of Jitter Gitters contains 10 exercises that have been printed on 4x6" full-color, glossy postcards. On the front of each card you will find the name of the exercise and a vibrant illustration to go along with it. On the reverse side of the card there are directions for how to do the exercise. All eleven cards are packaged in a 4x6.25" reusable clear plastic box for safe keeping. These cards also have rounded corners, so they are safe for little hands.
